  9. Failure of the Parties to exercise their rights arising from this Agreement partially or completely or act against them in any way will not mean that they waive these rights in any way.
  10. This Agreement may be reorganized and updated as new features are added to DiscoverArticles.com or new recommendations come from DiscoverArticles.com Users without prior notice to Users.
